Especially for someone who will NEVER want to admit that he is wrong, "Sorry" will probably be a word he will not utter even until death. Making lame jokes and trying to act all cute in an attempt to make me your friend again will not work. In fact, it won't even make me smile because that, to you, would be a sign that everything is all right again. Honestly, it won't be. It's not going to be right until you take the step to apologise, or own up to your mistake. YOUR bloody mistake that ended up as my problem when I had to take the brunt of the customer's fury, to make so many phone calls just to clean up the mess you made. All of this while I was trying not to lose control of my temper, and even when I did, you couldn't even squeak out a tiny little "sorry".
To think that I tried giving you chance after chance, trying to actually include you as friend, but you can't even be good co-worker.
Now I wonder to myself, even if you do apologise or own up to your mistake, would it be a little too little too late? I think it is.
