The past week I've been out watching movies and they were either exciting, funny, scary or disgusting but it went into my registry like BLAH.. No Comment. I don't even know how I actually felt about the movies right after getting out of the theatres. I'm rather sorry for my movie partner, the same person throughout (Yeah, we're bored), because you tend to discuss the movie after and all I did was basically walk like a zombie and ended up getting a coffee. Anyway, here's the list of movies and what I can tell you to do with your money:
- Fast & Furious, Tokyo Drift - Watch on a weekday
- Pirates Of The Caribbean, Dead Man's Chest (2nd Time) - Funny the 1st time
- Ant Bully - It's a cartoon, you can decide for yourself but I'd watch it again on DVD
- See No Evil - Get someone to rent the DVD
Back to the bug. Still there.... irritating the shit out of me and I feel as though I want to pull out my hair. I went out, enjoyed the company and tried to blow off some steam. Maybe it was the fact that he was trying to blow off steam too and I listened more than I bitched? So here and now I have my soapbox and it's time for me to use my "megaphone" and pour out all that's bubbling inside.
This afternoon after the prayer for all my ancestors, the fire within me basically started escalating to a point where it's now just in me waiting to be blown into the face of some unlucky person who would do something stupid in front of me. First person was my cousin, who needs to be yanked down to reality from the cloud she's floating on. Here the whole family is trying to help her get a passing grade for the major exam next year and she doesn't seem to want to help herself. Sometimes I feel like asking everyone to just give up and let her fail in life but I know how she'll roughly end up and I don't want that for her. Problem with her is that she can't concentrate and focus on what she's doing long enough to finish it well, gives up easily and doesn't seem to have any motivation in life. Just wish there was a wand that I could whack her head with to give her all those attributes that she needs.
Following that irritation was the company that has bad advertising and staff that don't seem to know their products. The one thing I absolutely hate is when something is advertised, no fine print that goes along with the ad, and when you get to the shop, they have their crap reasons for the difference in whatever. Oddest thing was that one of their subsidiaries actually has the same product selling at a lower price. Another thing that rubs me the wrong way is when service/front line staff look at u with their eyes bulging out of their sockets as if you've just ask them to strip naked right there. If you can't hear someone clearly, you could ask them to repeat the query. If you're not too sure, you can buy some time by saying that you have to go check. DON'T JUST STARE BACK WITH BOOGLY EYES! Makes me want to just gouge them out and play tennis.
Last one to piss me off was actually my dog. He can be such an irritating little bugger at the most inappropriate times. Here I am trying to re-organise my things and was planning to actually do some reading up for today's lesson when he comes along and tried to rip my bag apart just because it has the stink of the other dog. With all his sniffing, scratching and rolling to get his scent onto the bag, he was basically messing up my whole bed and everything on it. I could kill that dog sometimes! Well, he got a scolding and a smack on his butt, but I lost my mood to touch my course notes.
I'm gonna start making a feast!
