Don't Think You're Smarter

It might not take much brains to work in the line that I'm in, or at least the position I'm in but that doesn't mean I'm stupid or don't know what I'm doing. You come in, unable to decide what you want and finally when you do, you can't decide if you want your "tall Latte" sweetened. Then as I go up to make your drink, don't tell me "it's a hot drink you know?". Lastly you tell me to put less milk in it.

First off... the place doesn't have "tall" Lattes, it serves just ONE bloody size Lattes. Look at the menu before you order.

Secondly, my name tag doesn't say "TRAINEE", so don't ask such a dumb question if you don't want to get a bitch slap! If you didn't say "iced" I wouldn't make an iced drink. Plus if you somehow came across a place that made Lattes with cold milk then do tell cos I've never heard of it. How about you specify how hot you want and I'll make it so?

Finally if you wanted a Latte with less milk, take a Flat White. If you want a stronger drink, take a Macchiato. There are choices and there's a menu. Know what you're ordering and don't act the smarty pants u think you are.
