Cleaning The Mind

Day 8: Imagine yourself doing any household task/chore, then write a poem using what you’ve imagined as an extended metaphor for writing.

Starting off clean and white, 

Cleaning off every thought in my head. 

Ink scurrying over paper like a little mite 

The clog is clear, my mind is off to bed.
