It would have been Ah Kong's 91 today, and I think he would have enjoyed the oyster hunt we had today. After having a taste of the oysters we picked yesterday, dad and I decided to get the right tools and go in prepared. We asked if Uncle Dennis and my cousin Criszean would like to come along, but in the end, Criszean couldn't make it, but Ian and Denise could.
So the 5 of us went, and 4 of us hunted while Denise sat guarding the drinks and enjoyed the wind. After chipping off a few small ones, I managed to get a huge one and that got us going with the hunt for bigger oysters. In the end, we managed a huge haul, with some really huge that were as big as our palms.
After getting the yummy oysters out, we decided to make our very own version of mild oyster omelette, with a side of spicy oysters to top it off.
