Mom bought some beef knuckle the other day when a craving hit and realised that it was a very odd cut with some that were nice and tender, while other bits were really very tough. So I told her we should use it for a stew or curry and decided to get dad to find a beef curry recipe to try out.
He was looking through some books and I didn't realise that he didn't find one he liked until I saw my sister commenting on something he posted on Facebook. Apparently he found it on his phone and instead of bookmarking it, he apparently posted the recipe he wanted to try. So since he already got a recipe and we had all the ingredients at home, it was time to make some Beef Sukka.
Well it's basically half done right now as it needs to boil down and dry up, but it will probably taste better the next day like most curries do anyway.
