I found my mini torch and decided to test out my marshmallow browning skills with it on mom's little flower marshmallows. My first attempt mainly caught on fire and turned into a crispy caramel charcoal fluff. Second flower had a better time, with a nice browning, but it didn't puff up enough and was still chewy. The third attempt, which toasted up quite well, still caught fire on a few petals, but it melted much better on the tongue. Still need a bit more practice on the marshmallows. Wonder if super mini marshmallows would toast better though.
