My sister asked if I wanted to go to another home viewing with her tonight as Brendan had made plans with his friends. This house was going into an auction for the this year's Perth Telethon which will help children and young people. It was in a location that is currently being built up and is one of a handful of finished houses in the area, most of which are show homes. It is quite close to the sea, but I could not see it from the house. The master bedroom did have a little park and playground for its view, which was rather pleasant.
The skylights in the master and kitchen were one of the feature sin the house I really liked. There was also the little window between the kitchen and living area to keep and unrestricted view of your favourite shows while cooking. Another spot was a little nook right next to the kitchen that had data points and power outlets - perfect to keep your computer with a recipe page blown up on the screen while you cook!
These charity home visits are getting quite fun.
