It Took Three Days

Had been thinking about having some good ramen since I discussed it with Angie and the closest I got was when I made some instant ramen and added my Bovril-infused egg. I decided I wanted a broth that was not made from a powder so I got a big pack of bones, a good roll of pork, and lots of garlic! 

Well after boiling the bones, garlic and some root vegetables for more than a day, I strained the broth and prepared my pork roll in it. After a few hours, the roll was taken out of its hot tub and was sent into the oven. Eggs were prepared and left to marinate overnight. 

So finally three days after the first boil, we are having ramen for dinner!
