After making my sister's lunch, I got a bit bored and decided to make dessert. It was supposed to be a muffin, but I stretched the batter for eight to make twelve, making them rather tiny. I then stuck two together with some of the chocolate frosting, then just topped it with frosting quenelles as I did not want to bother piping.
The first time I made these, I used sugar-free syrup, which did not turn out well as there was not any sweetness except for the Nutella I used for frosting. Using honey this time, it was actually not too sweet, even with more honey in the frosting. Got to make these more often.
