I decided to try making tacos with the burger bun recipe I used the other day for my sister's lunch. After microwaving a thing circle of batter, I draped them over a stick and managed to get them to curve without breaking. However, after preparing the filling, I had a little trouble stuffing them and ended with flat taco bases to fill. Good thing is that they were quite pliable and were still aright being gently folded in half for packaging. Completed the meal with a bit of baby spinach and quick corn guacamole.
