Dim Sum Treat

Yesterday, Aunty Nene asked us to come over again today as she wanted to go for some Dim Sum, and also because she was getting her "pay". This is the second time we're eating at Silver Seas Chinese Restaurant and since this was planned, dad and I came hungry.

Aunty Nene started with her favourite item, the fried pork and crab dumpling and the sesame paste stuffed glutinous rice ball that's covered in sesame seeds. Dad had to get his braised chicken claws, congee and soft shell crab. Noodle-bin here had to have fried beef rice noodles and steamed tripe with ginger and spring onion. Then the lady with the desserts walked past and I had to try the egg tarts.

The dim sum here is quite nice, but the egg tart was rather bland. Plus they actually charged extra for a small saucer of sliced green chilli. If you're in the Morley area, I'd suggest going to this place, but I know I've had better in Western Australia.
