Went out with dad to have a look at fishing spots as my sister and Brendan recuperated from jet lag. We headed to Mosman Park and looked around The Coombe and some spots that Alfred recommended the other night. We spotted the sandbank he talked about and made it our final destination for the day. We got there and found a nice jetty to fish off but spotted something nicer instead - some fat mussels. There we loads of them all over the pylons around the jetty and I wondered how easy they would dislodge. This would be one place to revisit with Brendan and some tools.
