I really enjoy the prawns I am getting here, and they are a very convenient ingredient to cook whenever a quick meal is needed. Today my sister wanted some prawn noodles again, but I didn't have any more of the stock left from my last batch. Oddly enough, I bought some minced pork today and it paired nicely with the whole dish. Just by using oil flavoured by frying some prawn heads, the noodle dish was quickly put together and finished as well.
