There is something about the waters around here that make the prawns really good for broths. The natural salinity in them and possibly the prawns' diets give off really good flavour when boiled. Just add a little pork bones and fried onions and you would get a really rich soup that is perfect for prawn noodles. The soup is also the base for dome really good Fried Prawn Noodles.
Today, we decided to have the soup version for dinner. My sister wanted only prawns in her bowl, and while she was eating it, Brendan decided he wanted a bowl with the pork instead. He couldn't resist robbing a rib as he walked pass and realised it was really nice. So after tasting my sister's noodles, he decided to have a bowl of pork rib noodles.
