It looked like a good day out, and the weather forecast did not have any rain predicted, so dad and I went out to a little spot Alfred recommended to try see if we can catch anything. After a short stop at Bluewater Tackle World for some bait, we head off to Pinnaroo Point and got ourselves a nice little spot to cast off.
It was nice weather to fish, but the waves were not helping today as they just came crashing onto the beach, bringing the line in at the same time. There was a sign that something was eating the bait though, but dad believed it was just washed away by the currents. In the end, we had to go pick my sister up from work and reeled in the line, only to find the most probable culprit of the half eaten bait - a fat little puffer fish. They are greedy little things!
Well, going to have to try again when the waves are not that big.
