From Salad To Burger

Was making my sister a salad for lunch when I decided to play with the ingredients. The two cakes of bean curd I bought had a rather round top and looked almost like buns when I cut them off, so that gave me the idea of making a burger. I was also slow cooking some really big mushrooms and they ended up looking like fried buns as well. 

In the end, I stuck with tofu buns, filled with baby spinach, a garlic mushroom and a slice of steak topped with cheese. Was a very wobbly burger though.
