Roast Pork And The Works

I wanted to have roast pork, and asked my sister to make some for dinner tonight. It was also partly an excuse to use up some expiring cream cheese, salad dressing I made a while back, as well as use some potatoes before they started sprouting. Since Brendan did enjoy the potato salad I made for the lunch at Alfred's the other day, I decided to make a batch of that with all the leftovers.

The salad was made with some little radishes we got while shopping for the roll of pork. Together with baby spinach, rocket, raisins, walnuts, chopped apples, and a mint, coriander and orange dressing, the salad was quickly tossed together to add a refreshing side to the roast dinner.
