Spanish Dinner

I asked my sister if she could make Paella a few days back as I got a nice bag of prawns, and we had some spicy salami from our time at the Good Food and Wine Show. We head to Drovers and managed to get some lovely mussels and chicken and it was all we needed for her to make dinner.

The recipe she uses seems rather simple, and the only important item is actually the paella pan as it "makes a HUGE difference" according to my sister. Another thing she uses is the paella spice mix from Providore, and I think the recipe might be the one stuck on the pack.

After a short time on the stove, the paella is done and all pretty.
