So it was back to the stove with the idea I had for the Chilli Crab Noodles that I had a while back. I found the sauce a bit too overpowering for the noodles alone and thought that the addition of egg to it might do it good. Also, it was missing that little bit of eggy goodness in the mix. Therefore, after a bit of idea elimination, the "Maggi Goreng" idea came to mind, and the chilli crab noodle was thrown into a wok and fried with some egg. The vegetable was just to use up some leftovers.
