Dad has been talking about making Thosai while he was working in Indonesia for years, and finally he made some for us to try. It's a bit fluffier than what we usually get, and probably far from making a rocket thosai, but it's nice just to get to eat it when ever I want. Now I need to get a recipe for the coconut chutney they usually serve with thosai.
