There are 2 really great ways to eat stingray, barbecued with a nice slathering of Sambal (or garlic butter for those who can't candle spice), or stewed in an Assam Pedas gravy. I was craving something tart and so the Assam Pedas was the way to go. I also asked dad to add some pineapple into the dish, which was something different. Guess I really wanted something tart.
In the end, after 2 hours in the kitchen, the dish was finally done, and all I need now is some rice.
