Mom found an affinity for frozen prata and I think it started when the supposedly 24-hour shop below the block of flats could never be consistent with their prata sales. Even at the same time, they would have prata being sold one day, while another day it's only the stuff they have left on the shelves, and on some days, there isn't any as no one knows how to make it.
She then found a pack of frozen prata and realised that it just took her 5 minutes to prepare enough for her to have a good meal. What she loves is dipping a crispy, flaky piece of prata into the runny yolk of a sunny-side egg. So not surprising she went out to get a pack of her favourite prata when she made some curry chicken.
